Return & Refund Policy
1. General Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the returned product must meet all of the following requirements:

The product must be unopened and in its original, intact packaging.

The product must be clean.

The product must be unused and show no signs of wear.

The product must include your order number and buyer’s name.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the item will be considered non-returnable.
2. Return Period
You may return goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
The customer is responsible for:

Ensuring the item is safely packaged

Ensuring the item arrives undamaged
We strongly recommend using protective packaging (box, padded bag, etc.).
3. Partial Order Returns & Gifts
If you return only part of your order:

Any promotional gift received during a special offer will be deducted from the refund amount if you keep the gift.

Example: If your order included a free gift worth €10 and you return the qualifying product, €10 will be deducted from your refund unless the gift is also returned.
If you used a gift voucher during purchase:

The portion covered by the voucher is not refundable.

You may exchange the purchased goods for another product if it meets the return conditions.

5. Inspection of Returned Goods
Once your returned item is delivered to our facility, our quality control team will inspect it.
Refunds will be issued only if the product meets all return requirements listed in Section 1.
If the product:

has been used,

is damaged,
-
is missing original packaging,
-
or does not meet the stated conditions,
the return will be rejected, and the item can be sent back to you at your request (shipping costs apply).
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within:

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
We have an extremely low defect rate — all items are inspected by several quality specialists before shipment.
However, if you receive:

or the wrong item

We will replace the product free of charge, and

All associated shipping costs will be covered by us.
If the defect is found to be intentional or caused by improper use, we reserve the right to reject replacement or reimbursement.
