Terms of service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter – “Terms”) establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods in this online shop (hereinafter – “Buyer”) and MB Sveikasesu (hereinafter – “Seller”) when the Buyer purchases goods from this online store.

1.2. By placing an order in the online shop, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms.


2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. The Purchase Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer:

  • creates a shopping cart,

  • provides delivery details,

  • selects the payment method,

  • clicks “Complete Order” / “Confirm ✔️”.

From that moment, both parties must fulfil the obligations defined in the Terms.

2.1.1 Payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments are made in EUR and processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

2.2. Each concluded order is stored in the Seller’s e-shop database.


3. Buyer’s Rights

3.1. The Buyer may purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, except for cases specified in law (e.g., unsealed audiovisual media, newspapers, magazines).

3.3. Goods may be returned only if they are in good quality, unused, undamaged, and with unchanged appearance.

3.4. If the Buyer believes their rights have been violated, they must contact the Seller in writing within 3 months. The Seller must respond within 14 days.

4. Buyer’s Obligations

4.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and delivery, and accept the goods. Payments may be made via Stripe, Paysera, bank transfer or PayPal.

4.2. The Buyer must immediately update their account information if it changes.

4.3. The Buyer must comply with these Terms and Lithuanian law.


5. Seller’s Rights

5.1. The Seller may restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the e-shop if improper activity is detected.

5.2. The Seller may temporarily suspend or terminate e-shop operations without prior notice.

5.3. The Seller may update Terms unilaterally. Updated Terms apply to orders placed after publication.

5.4. Additional rights may apply as defined by Lithuanian law.


6. Seller’s Obligations

a) Delivery Guarantee

If the goods arrive damaged or incorrect, the Buyer must inform the Seller within 48 hours and provide:

  • A photo of packaging (including visible label)

  • A photo of the received damaged or incorrect product

The Seller will prioritise the case and provide a replacement.

b) Technical Warranty (2 Years)

Our products carry a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty is valid only with a valid invoice.

Warranty does not apply when:

  • The product is physically damaged

  • The product shows wear from normal use

  • The product is misused or improperly handled

The Buyer must provide photos/video of the defect. If needed, the product will be requested for inspection.

If the warranty claim is approved, the Buyer may receive:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Repair services (up to 45 days). If repair exceeds 45 days, a new product will be issued.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund is issued.

c) Complaints About Defective Products

Complaints must be submitted to info@sveikasesu.lt as soon as the defect is noticed, but no later than 2 months after detection.

The Seller responds to complaints within 3 working days.

If the defect is confirmed, the Buyer may choose:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Repair

  • Partial refund


7. Delivery of Goods

7.1. Goods are delivered by courier at the Buyer’s expense (unless specified otherwise by Seller).

7.2. Delivery price depends on order weight & price.

7.3. Delivery must be selected and paid before order confirmation.

7.4. Standard delivery time: 13–25 working days, depending on stock availability.

7.5. The Buyer agrees to check their email regularly for delivery updates.

7.6. At delivery, the Buyer must check:

  • Packaging condition

  • Quantity

  • Quality

  • Assortment

Detailed procedures (7.6.1–7.6.4) regarding damaged or incorrect parcels remain unchanged from your provided version.

7.7. Goods delivered to the specified address are considered delivered even if received by another person at that address.

7.8. If a different person will accept the goods, their details must be included when completing the order.


8. Return of Goods (14 Days)

8.1. The Buyer may return quality goods within 14 days.

8.1.1. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

8.1.2. Goods must be properly packed and complete.

8.1.3. Returned goods must be unused and undamaged.

8.1.4. Refunds are issued within 5 working days after the returned goods are received and inspected.


9. Liability

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of registration data.

9.2. Both parties are liable for breaches in accordance with Lithuanian law.

9.4. Actions performed using Buyer login details are considered actions of the Buyer.

9.5. The Seller is not responsible for external website content, even if accessed via links in the e-shop.

9.6. Product colour/appearance may differ due to the Buyer’s monitor settings.

9.7. The guilty party must compensate direct losses.


10. Processing of Personal Data

10.1–10.7 remain fully valid as provided, with adaptation for MB Sveikasesu and email info@sveikasesu.lt.

The Buyer confirms consent to:

  • Provide personal data

  • Allow processing for e-commerce purposes

  • Allow transfer to third parties (couriers, payment providers)

  • Present ID at pickup if required

  • Exercise data subject rights under GDPR


11. Sending Information

11.1. The Seller sends official communication to the Buyer’s email.

11.2. The Buyer sends communication to:

12. Final Provisions

12.1. All e-shop information is deemed provided in writing.

12.2. These Terms do not limit the Buyer’s consumer rights under Lithuanian law.

12.3. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are settled according to Lithuanian legislation.
